GPP "Sibura" increased volumes of production of NGL by 11% for 2017
Gas processing plants of SIBUR have increased the processing of associated petroleum gas (APG) by 367 million cubic meters per year. The production of a broad fraction of light hydrocarbons (NGL) increased by 168 thousand tons, "SiburTyumenGaz" informs.
According to the company, for the twelve months of 2017, 22,8 billion cubic meters of associated petroleum gas were processed. The output of NGL was recognized as a record - 6,15 million tons. In 2016, this figure was 5,56 million tons.
"The growth of the main indicators is due not only to the stable operation of the equipment, but, above all, constructive interaction with our partners - oil companies throughout the past year," said Alexander Teplyakov, General Director of "SiburTyumenGaz".
In general, measures to improve the reliability of equipment operation, synchronization of the timing of the stop repairs at the ''SiburTyumenGaz" production facilities and the gas gathering facilities of the oil companies - associated petroleum gas suppliers, contributed to the increase in gas processing indicators.
Separately, the company marks the completion in the summer of 2017 of the investment project "Reconstruction of the South Balyk Gas Processing Plant". As a result, the capacity of the enterprise for NGL was increased by 100 thousand tons per year.
JSC "SiburTyumenGaz" manages Yuzhno-Balyksky GPP, Gubkinsky GPP, Vyngapurovsky GPP, Muravlenko GPP, Nizhnevartovsk GPK, Belozerny GPK, "Nyagangazpererabotka". The total design capacity for receiving and processing is more than 25 billion cubic meters of associated petroleum gas per year (including the South Priobsky GPP - a joint venture with Gazprom Neft). The main products of production are dry stripped gas, a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons, propane-butane technical and stable gasoline.
