"Nadezhda" will put a half-tanker LPG in Chernomorsk
The company "Nadezhda" contracted 1,800 tons of liquefied gas, which will be delivered by sea to the port of Chernomorsk. The source on the market informed OilNews about this. Terms of ship delivery - the first decade of August.
According to the source, the tanker with a cargo capacity of 3,200 tons is loaded in one of the Turkish ports, and before entering Chernomorsk, the vessel will be partially unloaded in Burgas (Bulgaria).
A source in "Nadezhda" confirmed, that the company expects a maritime supply of propane-butane mixture. "It was not possible to import the entire tanker, because in Ukraine there is a deficit of a rolling train. All that managed to accumulate for these dates - 1800 tons, "- said the source.
Recall, that since September 2016, LPG imports by sea to Ukraine are carried out by the GT Group. In total, the company successfully delivered 7 tankers, the last of which arrived on July 20. In the near future, another batch is expected to be delivered. As previously reported, the company is implementing a program to diversify supplies in conjunction with PJSC "Ukrspettransgaz", which provides its own wagons for unloading tankers.
As reported OilNews, the domestic market of Ukraine continues to increase in prices for LPG, caused by a situational resource deficit. This opened arbitration windows for LPG supplies from non-traditional destinations, including from the sea.
