Smart Energy increased daily production by 20% in 6 months of 2017
The daily production of hydrocarbons by the Smart Energy Group in the first half of 2017 increased by 20% from 3963 boe (barrels of oil equivalent) per day at the end of December 2016 to 4769 boe per day as of the end of June 2017.
This was reported in the press service of the group of companies.
In total, the companies of the group produced 102,7 million cubic meters of gas and 7,7 thousand tons of condensate for 6 months of this year, and produced 1,8 thousand tons of liquefied gas of propane-butane motor brand. For the same period in 2016, the figures were: gas - 105,9 million cubic meters, condensate - 8,5 thousand tons, liquefied gas - 1,9 thousand tons (from hydrocarbons of own production).
At the same time, the companies of the group transferred 362 million UAH to the budget for the last period of the current year, including 352,9 million UAH to the state budget, and 9,1 million UAH to local ones.
"Compared to the first half of 2016, our total production figures remain approximately at the same level. In conditions of a natural decline in the flow rates of existing wells, we are selecting efficient operating regimes, that allow us to maintain the rate of decline and reach planned targets, "said Sergey Glazunov, General Director of the Smart Energy Group.
The general director also stressed, that it would be possible to speak about a significant increase only due to the successful implementation of new projects. He reminded, that at the end of June this year a new well was put into operation, which allowed to increase the average daily production of hydrocarbons, and the drilling of the next one is planned. In addition, a number of major well workover projects are being implemented.
Recall, that in 2017 a group of companies Smart Energy plans to invest in the development of more than 500 million UAH. The main directions of the production program are the resumption of operation of wells from the idle fund and drilling of new ones, carrying out intensification and geological exploration operations.
