"Ukrnafta" talking about the modernization of the Kachanovskiy GPP for 60 million dollars
PJSC "Ukrnafta" is considering the possibility of modernization the Glynsko-Rozbyshilovskogo production of the Kachanovskogo GPP with an expected cost of 50-60 million dollars. About this stated in the presentation the company's vice president for corporate strategy and development of Jonathan Popper.
"Ukrnafta" expects, that the modernization of the LPG production plant will increase the release of the resource by 34 thousand tons per year. The modernization of the GPP should also lead to an increase in the production of commercial natural gas by about 20 million cubic meters per year. The economic effect of modernization is estimated at 22 million dollars per year.
Also, the company offers 3 fields for development under joint activity. We are talking about the Borislavskom, Bytkiv-Babchenskom fields in the west of Ukraine and the Rudikovsko-Chervonozavodskom field in the east.
As reported OilNews, in 2016 "Ukrnafta" reduced LPG production by 12,9%, to 134 thousand tons and in 2017 expects a further decrease of 18,7%, to 109 thousand tons.
"Naftogaz Ukraine" owns 50% + 1 share of "Ukrnafta", and 42% of companies in the sphere of influence of "Privat Group" (13,6% of Littop Enterprises Limited and Bridgemont Ventures Limited, 12,9% of Bordo Management Limited, 9,9% - to other shareholders). PJSC produces liquefied gas at the Kachanovskoye, Gnedintsevsky and Dolinsky gas processing plants.
In 2016, the company received a net loss of 8,739 billion UAH, while reducing oil and gas condensate production by 9,2%, to 1,518 million tons, gas - by 13,4%, to 1,301 billion cubic meters.
