In Dagestan in late August, plans to launch an oil refinery

In Makhachkala at the end of next month is planned to be launched the refinery (refinery) with worth 6,5 billion rubles and processing capacity of 1 million tons per year. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of Dagestan Shamil Isayev, the supervising fuel and energy complex.

"The refinery in Makhachkala is almost ready." The plant is expected to be launched by the end of August this year, " TASS quotes Isayeva.

According to him, negotiations are currently underway with suppliers of raw materials. "Now there are negotiations with oil companies, both like with Russian and foreign, for the supply of raw materials for processing," added the deputy prime minister.

Earlier, it was reported, that the delivery of the refinery in Makhachkala, which was delayed due to bureaucratic delays, was planned by the end of September 2016. Then Isayev reported, that all the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervisionr regulations had been fulfilled and the issue of obtaining a license for a full-fledged launch of the plant was under consideration.

After putting the object into operation, the deputy chairman noted, the republic will receive up to 500 jobs and up to 500 million rubles of tax deductions per year to budgets of different levels.

With the introduction of the enterprise in Dagestan, an oil refinery will appear, which is "virtually non-existent in the south of Russia." In addition, the republic will receive fuel standard Euro-4 and Euro-5, the price of which will be much lower than what is imported to the republic from other regions.

The new refinery, according to the vice-premier, will provide not only Dagestan, but also other North Caucasian regions.

The investor of the plant is LLC "Dagnotech". By the decree of the Government of Dagestan in 2011, the project received priority status. The refinery is located on the territory of the transshipment tank farm of ''Dagnefteprodukt'' in Makhachkala, which significantly increases the logistics availability of the complex for both sea and rail transport.

According to the head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov, the co-owners of the enterprise are the founder of "Anji" and the ex-speaker of the Dagestan legislative assembly Magomed-Sultan Magomedov.
